A-League Lookalikes | No.2

Last week we introduced a new article to The Football Sack called A-League Lookalikes, and we're back this week for the second installment of the very popular segment!

We've put together our list of which A-League and Australian Football personalities look scarily similar to other people out there in the big world, whether it be celebrities, cartoon characters or just random objects.

This week's lookalikes:

Peter Crouch and Michael Thwaite

Here we have Stoke City (and former Liverpool, Tottenham, Portsmouth, Southampton.. ahh you get my drift) striker Peter Crouch and (former?) Gold Coast United captain Michael Thwaite. They totally look alike.





Steve Austin and Kasey Wehrman

Watch-out, we got two badasses over here! We can definitely see some resemblance between WWE Superstar Steve Austin and Newcastle Jets hardman Kasey Wehrman. These are two blokes you don't want to run into in a dark alley!




Stuart MacGill and Vitezslav Lavicka

Now, this isn't really a lookalike, it is more of a do-alike. After Sydney FC defeated Newcastle Jets on Sunday to book the last spot in the finals, manager Vitezslav Lavicka did his best Stuart MacGill celebration. Not too shabby Mr. Lavicka!




Sacha Baron Cohen and Daniel

"Hello, my name is Daniel, I lika you, do you lika me?" Surely this one has been brought up before, but the resemblance between Wellington Phoenix midfielder Daniel and funny man Sacha Baron Cohen is crazy! Even more so in Movember...




Alf and John Kosmina

Do you remember this hairy fella? Yep, it's the friendly alien Alf from the TV show..umm..Alf! And we think he looks like Adelaide United coach John Kosmina. Maybe a bit too like Kosmina. Others think the same.
