A full half of the stadium erupted twice after Shane Smeltz returned to form to score a brace for Perth Glory, setting up a 2-2 draw over battlers Sydney FC.
It was like a full stadium erupted once.
The transfer of Billy Mehmet this week increased pressure on Smeltz to perform, and the league's all-time leading goalscorer delivered in both the 39th and 81st minute.
The first came after a swift cross from Josh Risden found the #KiwiViduka who headed home with pace, leaving Sydney 'keeper Vedran Janjetovic nailed to the spot.
Sydney FC then spectacularly equalised on 62 minutes to liven up the match, Socceroo Jason Culina making a statement with an equally skilled header past Vukovic.
Smeltz put the Glory back into the lead with a looping shot from the top of the box that flew past Janjetovic and all signs pointed towards a Perth win.
But the away side immediately retaliated through Seb Ryall, who cleaned up inside the box with a first time volley from the right making for a gripping final ten minutes.
2-2 the final score, a fair result for both sides, but it will be Sydney who will be happier with the point away from home.
